Whilst many don't think were northern. Montreal is on the same level with Copenhagen. This means that anything is possible. I am not silly enough to think that change happens overnight. This webcast is really interesting and well worth a look. It goes into how Copenhagen has been changed small pieces at a time. Golden can do the same, small changes making the whole town more friendly to bikes and people walking.
