Kicking Horse Country Transit Workshop

There is a workshop coming up, it is on the Kicking Horse Country Transit system. This is your time to discuss options to create a better system. Get Vocal and come along! You do need to register, via either emailing or phone (Both of which i will provide later).

It is important to get a transit system that is most useful to as many people as possible. It not only helps reduce traffic, it also helps to create community.

Some of the topics covered will be-

-when do adults, seniors, students, and youth need to travel, and where to?
· how would you rank the above passenger categories, in terms of priority transit users, and why?
· possible changes to bus stop locations?
· how can we better market public transit to potential users?
· how should public transit be funded?

So if you wanted to catch the bus, register and come along. It is a place where your voice can be heard, and maybe things will change for the better because you came.
